در تاریخ  ۱۸ آبان سال ۱۳۹۹، یک رویداد برای آگاهی سازی در راستای پروژه به همت تیم طرح سرزمین و با حضور ۶ شرکت کننده از زنان بومی جزیره کیش در خانه زنان بومی کیش در جزیره کیش استان هرمزگان برگزار شد. این نشست به عنوان بخشی از پروژه مشترک  DEVCO در پروژه ” ارتقا گردشگری مسئولانه برای حفاظت از میراث پایدار ” با هدف افزایش آگاهی عمومی، آشنایی و تعامل جامعه محلی در مورد عوامل تعیین کننده و منافع اقتصادی بلند مدت حفاظت از میراث و گردشگری مسئولانه با یک گروه از ذینفعان جزیره کیش برگزار شد؛ ذینفعان اصلی شرکت کننده در این رویداد شامل زنان بومی بودند که آنها نقش مهمی در معرفی فرهنگ، هنر، غذا و آیینها به توریستها دارند اما این گروه کمتر در ملع عام حضور داشتند اند.

On 08th November 2020, at the Native Women House in Kish Island, Hormozgan province, an awareness building meeting was held, facilitated by the Plan for the Land Society project team, and attended by 6 participants from Native women of Kish Island. This event was organized as part of the DEVCO co-funded “Promoting Responsible Tourism for Sustainable Heritage Protection” and aimed to raise public awareness, inform and engage the local community on the determinants and long-term economic benefits of heritage protection and responsible tourism with one group of stakeholders of Kish Island; Key stakeholders participating in the event included Native women that they have an important role to introducing Kish culture, art, food  and rituals to tourists, but This group is less seen in public place
